Dough re Me

Ok, so heaven kind of appeared on my desk today. A few friends went to City Bakery, known for their richer than rich hot chocolate with homemade marshmallows, and returned with a chocolate chip cookie sent from the heavens above. Normally chocolate is not so much our steez, but the milk chocolatey chunks perfectly under-baked inside of the butter dough turned out to be everything we always wanted in a cookie. Crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, yum. I’ll make sure to keep some milk in the fridge for next time.
